After a short night, we woke up in Harwich, at 5:30 UK time in the morning. today’s plan: Colchester , shopping and top up the car. Then Cambridge sightseeing and again top up car. Today’s target is spalding visit some friends, there we will stay today.

The day was quite exciting. We reached Colchester with 10km left, charging

In Colchester at Nissan works fine. After that we drove to an retail center in Colchester where the girls went shopping and dad charges the car.

First time using podpoint pump. Was successful, using the app.

Then we drove to Cambridge. Filling up the car at Nissan dealership, works fine as expected. Next to Nissan an Hyundai dealer, saw many ioniq's. BEV (witch I drive my self), hybrid and the new plug in version, witch I didn't saw before.

After charging we went to town city, here I tried an polar charger. Not successful, app work but didn't allows me to activate the pump. I had to buy the RFID before. So no good option.

Then we drove to Spalding, planning a short top up of the car in march. But we missed the station, so we had to decide, 25km back or try the leg without recharge.

We did it straight forward, with very low speed, avoiding main roads. We reached our friends in Spalding with 6km left......exciting "hypermiling" experiences in an foreign country......

Left driving is really exhausting for me, so I will fall asleep soon.

Bye
