Today's first stage was Falkirk. We visited the kelpies and the falkirk wheel. First stop at Falkirk stadium we meet four other EV drivers at the rapid charger. After a lot of smalltalk we walk to the Kelpies. I returned earlier, wouldn't make the same mistake like yesterday, so I reserved a pitch at pitlochrys camping earlier this day. That works better.

Next stop was the Falkirk wheel. Impressive technology, the engine to turn the wheel has only 8kw of power.

The drive to Perth was without any special circumstances. We arrived in time at Perth charger. Here we meet again nice friendly sottish EV drivers. An leaf and an ionic driver, talking a lot while topping up the car.

Our last leg to pitlochry was fine, always up hill, but no problem with fully charged batteries. Arrived in pitlochry, marvellous landscape, rain and sun switching every five minutes. Assemble the tent in less then five minutes, while the short period of sun, was easily done. We are trained setting up the tent by the last days.

Tomorrow's plan: pass through the "high" Highlands
